Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AgentCLiQ ('the Service'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Description of Service
AgentCLiQ is an AI-powered business intelligence platform that provides automated agents for monitoring, analysis, and workflow automation. The Service includes agent creation, data integration, and predictive cost optimization through Model Intelligence.
Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to reverse engineer the platform, using the Service for illegal purposes, exceeding usage limits through automated means, or sharing account credentials with unauthorized users.
SMS and Text Messaging Terms
When using SMS features in AgentCLiQ, you are responsible for providing accurate phone numbers for your account and for any contacts you message through the platform. By enabling SMS features in AgentCLiQ, you acknowledge that you have obtained proper consent from any contacts who will receive SMS messages through the platform. You are responsible for compliance with all applicable messaging laws including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CAN-SPAM Act. You may not use AgentCLiQ's SMS features to send spam, unsolicited messages, or messages to numbers on the National Do Not Call Registry without prior express consent. You must honor all opt-out requests immediately. AgentCLiQ automatically processes STOP requests and removes opted-out numbers from future messaging. You agree to indemnify AgentCLiQ against any claims arising from your SMS messaging activities, including but not limited to TCPA violations.
Subscription and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Data and Privacy
Your data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure. We do not sell your data to third parties. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property
AgentCLiQ and all associated branding, code, and content are the intellectual property of AgentCLiQ. You retain ownership of all data you input into the platform.
Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. AgentCLiQ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. AI-generated recommendations are advisory and should not replace professional judgment.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the platform settings.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
