Information We Collect
We collect information you provide when creating an account (email, name, company information, industry classification). We also collect usage data including agent interactions, integration connections, and platform activity for the purpose of improving the Service.
SMS and Text Messaging
When you enable SMS features, we collect phone numbers, message content, and delivery status related to text messaging. We use this data to deliver agent notifications, task confirmations, and outreach sequences through the platform. By providing your phone number and enabling SMS notifications in AgentCLiQ, you consent to receive text messages from the AgentCLiQ platform. These messages may include agent responses, task notifications, appointment reminders, and marketing communications. You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You can also disable SMS notifications in your AgentCLiQ settings under Integrations. After opting out, you will not receive any further text messages from AgentCLiQ. Message frequency varies based on your account activity and configured automations. Typical usage ranges from 1 to 20 messages per week. Message and data rates may apply. AgentCLiQ is not responsible for carrier charges. SMS message logs are retained for the duration of your active account and deleted within 30 days of account termination.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: provide and improve the Service, personalize your agent configurations based on industry and geography, process payments, send service-related communications, and aggregate anonymous usage data for platform optimization.
Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on Supabase infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. Database access is controlled through row-level security policies. API keys are encrypted before storage. We conduct regular security reviews.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services: Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payment processing), Nango (integration management), Vercel (hosting), and LLM providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, DeepSeek, Mistral, Meta, xAI) for AI processing. Each provider has their own privacy policy.
LLM Data Processing
Prompts and data sent to LLM providers are processed according to each provider's data policies. AgentCLiQ uses platform API keys, meaning your data is processed under our enterprise agreements with providers. We do not use your data to train AI models.
Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your data is permanently removed within 30 days. Aggregated, anonymized data may be retained for analytics purposes.
Your Rights
You have the right to: access your data, correct inaccurate data, delete your account and data, export your data, and opt out of non-essential communications. Contact us at privacy@agentcliq.com to exercise these rights.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
