Your service area tells agents where you sell, deliver, or visit customers. A clear map improves local insight and keeps advice realistic.

Step 1: Open service area settings

Go to settings and find the service area section. You will see a map and address fields.

Step 2: Enter your base location

Type your city and state or your ZIP code. Save the pin that matches your office or home base.

Step 3: Choose area type

Pick radius, city list, or region based on how you operate. Radius works well for mobile teams. Lists work well for defined towns.

Step 4: Set the distance or borders

Adjust the radius or draw the area you truly serve. Be honest about limits so forecasts stay fair.

Step 5: Save and test with a question

Ask your COO agent, "Where do we focus first inside our service area?" The answer should match your map.

What happens next

You can refine the area anytime you expand. Updates flow to research, prompts, and local context for agents.
