Setting Up Your Business Profile
How to complete your business profile so your agents understand your business.
April 3, 2026
Your business profile tells agents who you serve, where you work, and what success looks like. A strong profile leads to better answers on day one.
Why the profile matters
Agents use your profile to tune examples, metrics, and language. Missing facts lead to generic help. Clear facts lead to specific help.
Step 1: Open settings or onboarding
If you are new, finish onboarding steps. If you already use the platform, open settings and find your business profile section.
Step 2: Add basics
Enter your company name, industry, team size, and service area. Use plain words a new hire would understand.
Step 3: Describe your customer
Pick the customer type that fits best. Add one sentence about what they buy from you and why they choose you.
Step 4: List your top challenges and goals
Choose a few challenges you face now. Choose a few goals for the next quarter. This helps agents align advice to real life.
Step 5: Save and revisit monthly
Businesses change. Update your profile when you add a location, a product line, or a new channel.
What happens next
Agents will reference your profile in answers. You will see fewer follow-up questions and more on-target plans.
