A campaign review turns scattered results into clear next steps. Use this flow when a campaign has been running long enough to show data.
Step 1: Gather dates and goals
Tell the agent the start date, end date, and the one goal you wanted. Examples are leads, calls, or purchases.
Step 2: List what you ran
Name each asset such as email, ad set, or landing page. Add spend totals if you know them.
Step 3: Ask for a simple scorecard
Request three metrics only. Common picks are spend, cost per lead, and lead to sale rate.
Step 4: Ask what to stop, start, and keep
This three-bucket method cuts long debates. It forces tradeoffs.
Step 5: Pick one follow-up test
Choose a single test for next week. One change makes learning easy to read.
What happens next
You will build a library of reviews you can compare month to month.
