Great questions save time and reduce rework. Agents respond best when you give goal, context, and limits in a tight package.
Step 1: Start with the outcome
Say what you want at the end. Examples are a checklist, a decision, or a draft you can send.
Step 2: Add one layer of context
Share your industry, customer, and offer in two lines. Skip long history unless asked.
Step 3: Add constraints
Name budget, time, team size, or rules. Constraints turn generic ideas into plans.
Step 4: Ask for one format
Choose bullets, a table, or step-by-step instructions. Format requests reduce scanning time.
Step 5: Ask what is missing
End with, "What else do you need from me?" This catches hidden gaps early.
What happens next
You will get answers you can use immediately instead of answers you have to rewrite.
