Step 1: Open notification settings
Go to settings and find notifications. Start with the global switches.

Send Tier 1 to your fastest channel. Send lower tiers to email or digest.
Step 3: Set quiet hours
Pick times when only true emergencies break through. Sleep and family time matter.
Step 4: Reduce duplicate alerts
If two agents warn about the same issue, ask for a single combined alert next time.
Step 5: Review monthly
Adjust rules after busy seasons. Retail and service businesses often need seasonal changes.
