Connecting Your First Integration

Step by step guide to connecting QuickBooks, HubSpot, or another tool.

Integrations let agents read real numbers and real customer activity. You can connect one tool at a time and expand later.

Before you start

Pick the system that holds the truth you need most. For many owners that is accounting or CRM first.

Step 1: Open Integrations

Go to Integrations from the main navigation. Search for your product name.

Step 2: Start the secure connection

Click connect and follow the prompts. You will sign in to your tool and approve access. AgentCLiQ uses secure links for this step.

Step 3: Map the right agent

After you connect, tell the matching agent what you want first. Example for accounting: "Summarize cash trends for the last thirty days."

Step 4: Confirm data is flowing

Ask the agent to name a metric only your system would know. If the answer lines up, you are connected.

Step 5: Set a weekly check-in

Pick a weekly time to review what the agent learned from the integration. Small reviews prevent big drift.

What happens next

Add more tools when you are ready. Each new link gives agents more context and better recommendations.
