Your CRM holds leads, deals, and customer history. Connecting it gives your CRO agent a live view of the truth.
Step 1: Pick your primary CRM
Choose the system where your team works every day. The primary CRM should be the integration target.
Step 2: Connect in Integrations
Open Integrations, find your CRM, and start the secure link. Approve read access first. You can expand later.
Step 3: Clean key fields
Make sure owner, stage, amount, and close date are filled on open deals. Clean fields make better alerts.
Step 4: Ask the CRO agent for a pipeline summary
Request a short summary that matches what you see in the CRM. If it matches, you are synced.
Step 5: Set a weekly hygiene task
Ten minutes a week to fix missing fields beats a big cleanup once a year.
