Set the rules.
Agents follow them.

Build automation rules with conditions, triggers, and actions. Every automated action is governed by ETAM, so nothing fires until the agent has earned your trust. You approve every step. Until you don't have to.

If this happens, do that.

Every rule has three parts: a trigger, conditions to evaluate, and an action to execute.

T

TRIGGER

What starts the rule. A task completes, a signal fires, a schedule hits, or data changes in a connected tool.

C

CONDITIONS

What must be true. Field-level evaluation with 11 operators: equals, contains, greater than, is empty, and more. Multiple conditions combine with OR logic.

A

ACTION

What happens next. Send an email, update the CRM, post to Slack, write to a spreadsheet, schedule a calendar event, or pass to another agent.

ETAM GATE

Every rule has a minimum trust level. If the agent hasn't earned the required level, the action is created as pending approval instead of auto-executing. You review it manually. The approval still counts toward the agent earning more trust.

Automation with human guardrails.

Other platforms automate and hope for the best. AgentCLiQ automates and verifies.

Automation without trust

  • Rules fire on day one with no track record
  • No way to know if the action was the right call
  • Errors compound silently until someone notices

Automation with human-in-the-loop

  • Rules only auto-fire after the agent proves itself
  • Every action logged with reasoning and confidence
  • Below-threshold actions route to you for approval

What automations can do.

Send email

Sequences, one-offs, replies. Through Resend or owner BYOK.

Update CRM

Write back to HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or any connected CRM.

Notify on Slack

Channel messages or DMs when signals fire.

Write to Sheets

Append rows, update cells, export reports.

Schedule event

Create Google Calendar events with attendees and details.

Pass to agent

Route the output to another agent for further processing.
