Understanding Signals and Alerts
What signals are, how they are tiered, and when you will see them.
April 3, 2026
Signals are short flags raised by your agents when something looks off, new, or urgent. They help you focus without reading every report.
Tier 1: Urgent
Tier 1 signals need attention soon. Think cash risk, churn risk, or a deadline that can hurt revenue. Handle these first.
Tier 2: Advisory
Tier 2 signals suggest a change before it becomes painful. Examples are rising costs or slowing lead flow. Plan time this week.
Tier 3: Batched
Tier 3 signals are useful but not immediate. They roll into summaries so you can review on a schedule.
Step 1: Open the signals view
Go to signals from the main navigation. Scan titles before you open details.
Step 2: Sort by tier
Read Tier 1 items first. If you are short on time, skip lower tiers until tomorrow.
Step 3: Ask the owning agent for next steps
Each signal ties to a department. Ask that agent for a short plan with owners and dates.
Step 4: Mark resolved when fixed
Closing signals keeps your feed honest. It also helps agents learn what mattered to you.
What happens next
You will see fewer noisy alerts as the system learns what you act on. Keep feedback clear and fast.
